It was reported that a 15 year old boy has obtained skydiving gear and proceeded to jump from the building to his death, having no instruction on any technique and jumping skydive gear. I believe as he had skydive gear on and was intending on doing a Base jump then this will be on the list, although there is nothing new to learn it is still a base fatality and will be represented on the list.
