What do we believe happened?

Milosz jumped from Exit 4 and had a clean exit, he started flying a little left towards exit 5 and 6. Flew ok in the beginning then started losing speed gradually, he then turned a little right towards landing area, and pulled quite high after 25 sec of flight.
In the opening he received 360 line twists and the canopy started flying towards the wall. He managed to get out of the line twists after 7 sec but continued against the wall for 8-9 more seconds and hit the cliff without any input to turn the canopy away from direction to the cliff.
He hit the cliff and bounced off 3 times before he coming to rest at the 4th impact. The canopy hung up on the cliff and he was hanging in the harness where he came to rest.
Milosz himself called the rescue boat and told that he was in a lot of pain. The small ambulance helicopter was already on the way, but when they came, they couldn’t get to him due to he was under a overhung area, so they flew back and gathered an alpine rescue climbing team. They got dropped off quite a bit higher in the wall and repelled down to him. We heard signs of life from him before they reached him. But soon afther they reached him they lost his pulse. He was badly injured and had lost to much blood.
