About BASE Fatality List

BASE Fatality List is a volunteer-maintained record of fatal incidents, compiled for research, safety education and remembrance. Every entry is reviewed before publication, and recent incidents are held back for a short period out of respect for those affected and their families.

Data is gathered from public reports, news coverage and information submitted by the community. If you notice an error, or would like to add information to an existing record, please get in touch or use the report form.
